She and fiancé Wladimir Klitschko will soon welcome their first child, a girl.

And pregnant Hayden Panettiere cradled her prominent bump in a glittering Lorena Sarbu gown at the Emmy Awards in Los Angeles on Monday.

The Nashville actress - who turned 25 last Thursday - took the plunge in the pink-and-silver sequin maternity frock, which would not look out of place on her country-themed ABC series.
